Welcome to Colabo! We're excited to help you collaborate and connect with others. Here's a quick guide to help you get started
To get started with Colabo, you'll need to create an account. Click on the "Sign Up" button on our homepage, enter your full name, email address and create a password. Once you've signed up, you'll be directed to your account dashboard.
To schedule a meeting, click on the "Create a Room" button on your dashboard. Enter room / meeting name, and invite your participants by email, google calendar scheduling or even copy link. You can also choose your preferred meeting conferencing options.
To join a meeting, click on the meeting link in your email invite. You'll be directed to the Colabo video conferencing room, where you can see and hear your participants.
Once you're in the meeting, you can collaborate with your participants using Colabo's built-in tools. You can share your screen, use the whiteboard, chat with participants, and more.
When your meeting is over, you can end the call and download the meeting notes or recordings from your dashboard.
